Delete your Varyvo account
How to delete your account and data from the Varyvo app by Varyvo LLC, on iPhone or Android, or by asking us.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Varyvo and go to You › Account › Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
- Varyvo deletes your account and your locked backup (the encrypted copy of your workouts and body stats) and signs you out everywhere. This can’t be undone.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel Varyvo Pro first in the store you subscribed through. On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Varyvo › Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play Store › your profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Varyvo › Cancel subscription. You › Membership in the app shows the way, and so does Support.
Deleting the app from your phone doesn’t delete your account or your locked backup.
On the web
Once the Varyvo web app opens at app.getvaryvo.com, you’ll be able to sign in there and follow the same steps: You › Account › Delete account.
Without the app
Can’t use the app? Email [email protected] from the address on your account with “Delete my Varyvo account” in the subject. If you no longer have access to that address, explain that in your message. We’ll email you to confirm it’s you before we change anything, then finish within 30 days. If you joined our launch list on this site, ask us to remove that signup too.
