Your Privacy Choices
Turn off ads, stop marketing emails, or ask us to show, fix or delete your information.
Ads on social media (“Do Not Sell or Share”)
Only if you ticked the optional ads box on our launch-list form may we use a scrambled (hashed) copy of that email to show you Varyvo ads on social media. Some state laws call this “selling” or “sharing” personal information. We never use health information for ads. To withdraw your launch-list ad choice, email [email protected] from the address you used on the launch list and ask to turn off ads. We’ll confirm by email that the request came from you before changing the record. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a no automatically when you submit the launch-list form.
Stop marketing emails
Email [email protected] to leave the launch list or stop optional emails. If we send an optional email, you can also use its unsubscribe link. We’ll confirm your request and stop those emails; you’ll still get service emails about your account and security. Creating an app account does not sign you up for promotional offers. We don’t send marketing texts or calls.
Make a privacy request
Email [email protected] from the address on your Varyvo account or launch-list signup. In the subject, write “Privacy request” and tell us whether you want to turn off ads, see a copy of your information, correct or delete information, stop marketing emails, or withdraw consent for health data. Include your state or country if it matters to your request. If you no longer have access to that email address, say so in your message. We’ll confirm your identity before changing or sharing information, and we’ll respond within 45 days.
To delete your Varyvo account and its locked backup yourself, use You › Account › Delete account in the app (how to delete your account).
Authorized agents and appeals
Someone you authorize can make a request for you; we’ll ask for your signed permission and may confirm with you directly. If we decline your request, reply to our answer with “Appeal” in the subject line and we’ll review it within 45 days. If we still decline, you can contact your state attorney general. More detail is in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
