What this covers. This policy explains how Varyvo (“we”, “us”) handles personal information on getvaryvo.com and through the Varyvo launch list. The Varyvo iPhone app will have its own detailed privacy policy, which we will publish on this page before the app launches.
What we collect
When you join the launch list
- Your email address.
- Which page or button you signed up from, and which plan you were looking at, if any.
- Campaign tags from the link you followed to our site (for example, “utm_source=instagram”), if present.
- Your approximate country, which our hosting provider derives from your IP address when you sign up, and the date and time of signup.
When you browse the site
- Privacy-friendly analytics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't follow you across other websites.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver and protect the site.
- Cookies. We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to keep bots out.
How we use it
- To email you when Varyvo launches, and occasionally with product news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages, buttons and campaigns bring people to Varyvo.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run Varyvo, such as Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and, when we send emails, our email-sending provider. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep launch-list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the purposes above.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor valid requests.
Children
This site and the launch list are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll let launch-list members know by email.
